Cancellation: The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels after the reservation.

Conditions for no-show: If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.

Security deposit: Guests pay a security deposit of 100 €. Guests will have to pay a security deposit of 100 € in cash upon arrival. The refund will be made at check-out.

Tourist tax: the tourist tax costs are excluded from the indicated price and must be paid upon arrival in cash. The cost varies depending on the days and the number of people hosted.

Tourist Tax from April 1 to December 31, 2025:

  1. From €1.00 to €30.99: rate of €4.00 per person per night;
  2. From €31.00 to €70.99: rate of €5.80 per person per night;
  3. From €71.00 to €120.99: rate of €6.50 per person per night;
  4. From €121.00 and above: rate of €7.00 per person per night.

Internet: Internet is Free.

Conditions for children and the extra bed: Children of all ages are allowed. Cot, high chair, games for children up to 2 years available. Extra beds not available. The maximum number of total guests is 4.

Parking: the parking space in the private courtyard is located in a space adjacent to Ghisiliera B&B and is included in the price. 

Pets: pets not allowed.

Groups: the structure does not apply any special conditions to groups.

House rules: do not smoke, do not party, be quiet from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 8:00.

 

Check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-in from 17.00 to 20.00 free, 20:00-24:00 late check-in extra cost of €20
  • Check-out from 08.00 to 11.00

Rules of the structure:

  • smoking is not allowed
  • pets are not allowed
  • it is not allowed to organize parties / events
  • the time of silence is from 10 pm to 8 am
