Cancellation: The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels after the reservation

Conditions for no-show: If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation

Security deposit: Guests pay a security deposit of 100 €. Guests will have to pay a security deposit of 100 € in cash upon arrival. The refund will be made at check-out.

Internet: Internet is Free

Conditions for children and for the extra bed: Children of all ages are allowed. Cot not available. Extra beds not available. The maximum number of total guests is 4.

Parking: public parking available free of charge on site and not bookable

Pets: pets not allowed

Groups: the structure does not apply any special conditions to groups

Check-in and check-out times:

• Check-in from 17.00 to 20.00
• Check-out from 09.00 to 11.00

Rules of the structure:

• smoking is not allowed
• pets are not allowed
• it is not allowed to organize parties / events
• the time of silence is from 22:00 to 8:00
